CAREERS WITH ZOMBIE ROOFING
zombie roofing is fighting the good fight to stem the tide against the zombie horde of other roofing companies doing the same thing as all the other thousands of roofing companies out there. Some of the rote processes and verbiage include,
Knock. Knock. “Hi, I’m blank with blank roofing company, and we’re working in your area. So right now, we’re just offering free roof inspections.”
Or the ever-popular answer to, "How much will this cost?" -You "We use the same pricing software as the insurance companies. So, we just work it out with them.” -zombie horde
Or only building roofs per code minimums depending on where the property is located and then failing a couple city inspections on top of that! before finally getting it "up to code."
Or taking several months to a year or MORE to complete the construction and price negotiation on an insurance claim.
Or treating the staff like they’ve been hired for a job rather than a career.
In this Apocalypse, it is our duty to find those out there who have not yet been turned by the horde—the survivors. Once found, we must reinforce their outpost positions and help them to join the search for other survivors. We do this with Survivor Outreach Operatives, Rescue Squads, and Support Staff.
As a SURVIVOR OUTREACH OPERATIVE, you would find survivors by any means available to you--including knocking doors, passing out flyers, telemarketing, internet ads, websites, email, networking, referrals, professional partnerships, and of course shortwave or ham radios, etc. Many sales industries call this a "setter" or "lead gen" position.
PRIVATE 1ST CLASS: This is the entry level position on your journey to fame and heroics. Search for survivors in need of minor repairs and services such as leaks, gutter cleaning, etc.
MASTER CHIEF: Search for survivors in need of roof replacement and other major construction services.
We are hiring right now for both positions in the Denver and Northern Colorado area. This is a year-round opportunity. Pay is not hourly; this is a flat commission position with a pay-per-lead model. This is an Independent Contractor, 1099 job with weekly pay. We are hiring immediately. You provide your own transportation.
RESCUE SQUAD OPERATIVES provide the field work of doing recon, planning, and executing the Rescue and Reinforcement mission.
LIEUTENANTS respond to survivors with minor damage. You would do the initial recon to get measurements, find the extent of the damage, and, if able, to perform an immediate reinforcement and remediation of the situation. You would have field training and knowledge of all roofing systems. Communicate with headquarters for pricing, and if greenlit by the property owner, execute and exfil.
CAPTAINS respond to survivors in need of roof replacement and/or other major construction services. You would order an air recon and do additional ground recon yourself-- performing hands-on inspection to gather intelligence on the survivor's current roof, insulation, and ventilation conditions. Carefully plan with the survivors for the replacements or reinforcements needed, funding required, and other logistics details.
PARAMILITARY may need to be contracted for repairs larger than a solo operator can handle.
We are hiring right now for both Lieutenants and Captains positions in the Denver and Northern Colorado area. This is a year-round opportunity. Pay is not hourly; this is a percentage-based commission position. Percentage is of closed deals, not leads. This is an Independent Contractor, 1099 job with weekly pay. We are hiring immediately. You provide your own transportation.
SUPPORT STAFF provide the non-field work of executing the rescue and reinforcement mission.
The MAJOR compiles the various Sitreps from the Captains and submits the supply requisitions, squad assignments, and necessary governmental forms filled out in triplicate.
The COLONEL reviews and approves all dossiers, funding, and expenditures throughout the region.
The GENERAL ensures all operations are fully funded, troops are at the ready, supplies are stocked, and all paperwork has dotted i’s and crossed t’s.
Once the R&R Op is complete, the Base Staff close out the mission and file all reports for archiving. Systems are in place to keep comms open and broadcasting to all outpost stations encouraging them to continue the cycle of searching for other survivors.
